How this started is simple. I got bored of the same old foods. I started watching cooking shows like Chopped and cooking with Chef Michael Smith and decided that it was time to have fun cooking instead of it being something I needed to do.
I learned quite a few tricks and then had a new curve ball thrown at me. I needed to lose over 75 lbs. Well there had to be ways of making sensible choices that still tasted good. Joined weight watchers, used their tools for tracking and being accountable, and decided that this is not a diet but a lifestyle that needed to be fun and tasty.
I think it is high time for me to pass these on and let others enjoy food again.
